AVAILABILITY - Website inventory is updated daily, however we can not guarantee availability of all items ordered due to limited quantities. 

ORDERS - Credit Card orders are processed first and a 2nd  e-mail notification will be sent within 24hrs which will cover any changes to the order including missing items and final total.

PAYMENT - Visa, Mastercard accepted.

ADDRESS INFORMATION - Please make sure all information is 100% correct before submitting order.  The shipping provider charges us each time an address has to be changed or corrected. So please take the time and review all the information for any errors or type-o's before completing the order.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise return for exchange or refund is possible as long as it's within 30 days of the invoice date.  Customer is responsible for return postage. Package delivery confirmation is mandatory for all Post Office shipping.

An exchange or refund will be issued after receiving the merchandise

Shipping

Merchandise will be sent out UPS Ground for domestic orders. Shipping cost will be charged on top of the merchandise. International orders will be sent out EMS Air.
