I definitely will say that this is a must to have. This part is so tiny and when you build your mtc2r there are only few extras. Building the front and rear shafts will require using multiple pieces of this part. As you push this clip against the pin, there is a great chance that this will slip and fly away. Get some extras! Even if you have a good running car, you will still need to keep some extras on your pit bag.

Great to have just incase you launch one or a few assembling your axles.
